DESCRIPTION:We're baaaaack! Join us for the 14th annual Anacortes beer festival everyone knows and loves\, Bier Near the Pier! Enjoy a day of live music\, delicious food\, and refreshing beer from local and far-away breweries. Tickets go on sale August 1st!\n\n\n\nMulti-Session Event\n\n\n Friday\, October 3rd\, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM\n Saturday\, October 4th\, from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM\n Saturday\, October 4th\, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM\n\n\nApplications\n\nVolunteer Shifts (one shift = one free ticket)\n\nSponsorship Opportunities\n\nBrewery & Cidery \n\nFood Vendor\n\n\n\n\n\nCostume Contest \n\n \n\n\n\nWe had such a great turnout last year\, we decided to bring it back! Come dressed in your most most creative outfit for a chance to win tickets to next year's event! Halfway through each session costume contestants will line up for a round of applause. The winner will be selected based on the loudest cheers\, and awarded a free ticket for next year's event. No specific theme\, no registration\, just come dressed to impress in your most creative outfits!\n\n\n Participating Breweries: \n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n\n LIVE Bands: \n\nDana Osborn\n\nFriday\, October 3rd: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm\n\nDana Osborn has been a staple of the Pacific Northwest music scene for over 30 years. A multi-instrumentalist with two CDs and 300+ original songs\, he has worked with national talents like Michael Derosier (Heart)\, Marc Willett (The Kingsmen)\, and producer Ken Caillat (Fleetwood Mac). Whether with his full band or an acoustic set\, Dana brings great energy and always gets the crowd singing along.\n\nClick below to listen. \n\n\n\n\n\nCape Flattery \n\nSaturday\, October 4th | 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm\n\nBased in Bellingham\, WA\, this four-member band performs original Americana\, blending bluegrass\, folk and rock.
