Steps Rock 'n' Roll Stroll

Kick off the Oak Harbor Music Festival weekend with the most rockin’ 5k ever! Take Steps together with us on Saturday, August 30th, 2025 for the second annual Steps ROCK ‘n’ ROLL STROLL to support families caring for infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You are invited to bring the whole family to join the fun and dress up as your favorite rock star! We want to see it all - leather, lace, bandanas, giggles, smiles, tutus, crowns, big hair, glitter, and smiles! We encourage strolling, walking, running, skipping, hopping – and especially dancing - to cross the finish line. Our day begins at Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor, WA on Whidbey Island. The course follows the sparkling waterfront out to Catalina Park at the Marina and back to Windjammer Park. Proceeds benefit Steps, a non-profit organization providing in-home early support services on Whidbey Island, Anacortes, and the San Juan Islands.
