It is the mission of Secret Harbor to provide a broad spectrum of services and programs to children, their families and individuals of all ages to support their safety, growth, success and independence. Secret Harbor lives its mission by focusing on children, birth to 18, who have been removed from their families for health and safety reasons or who are at risk of being removed from their families. The agency has three programs - community-based residential treatment, therapeutic foster care and in-home support for families in crisis. The agency is licensed by Washington State DSHS as a child placing agency, and the agency accepts and succeeds with difficult-to-place children with challenging behaviors.
