About Us

Offering Management Consulting Services, Group Facilitation and Professional Coaching and Leadership Training for Businesses, Not-for-Profits Boards, Hospitals, Community Health Centers, Education and City Councils throughout California and recently in Washington State since 1982. Areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Managing Change, Leadership Development, Team Building, Non Profit Board Development, Collaboration Building, Conflict Management, Workplace Communication Skills and Customer Service Training.

Currently I hold contracts with Leadership Whatcom/Bellingham and Leadership Visalia (1986-present) and formerly Leadership Tulare (1991-1998) and Northern Tulare County Leadership Program (1993-2011).

I am available to assist businesses and organizations in Skagit County with my consulting and executive coaching services.

Have teaching experience as an Adjunct faculty for the University of San Francisco, College of Professional Studies and Alliant University. Courses taught included: Introduction to Organizational Behavior and Development, Leadership and Management of Organizations, Organizational Communication, Managing Change in Organizations, Managing Human Resources, Organizational Theory and Design.

Instructor for California State University Fresno's University Business Center, teaching courses in Leadership Skills and Building High Performance Teams as part of the American Management Association's Certificate in Management Program.
